Mount Kalaga
A national park on Leonida’s northern border: hunting, fishing and off-road trails, with backwoods full of people who want the government to leave them alone.

Mount Kalaga is the state’s wild north: forest, hills and rivers that Rockstar pitches for hunting, fishing and off-roading. Its surrounding backwoods are home to what Rockstar calls hillbilly mystics and paranoid radicals, living far from the government’s eyes.
Rockstar’s media page calls the area Mount Kalaga National Park; its screenshots show pine forest, a red-rock canyon road, a river under an old railway bridge, and wildlife at a stream.
