GTA6 Compass is operated privately and non-commercially. It carries no advertising, sells nothing, and has no affiliate arrangements. There is accordingly no commercial register entry and no VAT identification number under § 27a UStG.
Should that change — advertising, affiliate links or any other revenue — this section and the privacy notice both have to be revisited before the change goes live.

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 Abs. 1 DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected; liability in that respect begins from the point at which a concrete infringement becomes known, and we remove such content promptly.
