Leonida Keys
Leonida’s tropical island chain: easygoing bar life on top of some of the most beautiful — and most dangerous — water in the state. It is where Jason lives.

Rockstar sells the Keys as the easy life — casual dress code, full bars, a deck chair in the sun — with a warning attached: the waters around them are some of the most beautiful and most dangerous in America.
They also anchor two of the supporting characters. Jason came here after his stint in the Army to work for local drug runners, and Brian Heder, a smuggler from the Keys’ golden age, still moves product through his boat yard.
