A PC release date has already been announced
Checked against Rockstar’s own channels: no PC platform is named, so no PC date exists to announce. The dates in circulation are constructed from previous games.

How to check this yourself in thirty seconds
Open Rockstar’s own product page and read the platform list. If PC is not on it, there is no PC date. Any article claiming otherwise should be able to link to a Rockstar page; the ones making this claim cannot.
What supports it
The claim circulates with specific dates attached, which is what gives it the texture of an announcement.
- Specific dates are quoted confidently across aggregator sites
- Rockstar’s history of PC releases makes the premise sound reasonable
What contradicts it
Checked directly:
- Rockstar’s product page names PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S only
- No Newswire post announces a PC version or a PC date
- No quoted date traces back to a Rockstar publication
