The PC question is still open, and the silence is the story
No PC version has been announced. That has not stopped specific PC release dates from circulating as though it had.

Grand Theft Auto VI has two announced platforms: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. There is no announced PC version, no PC date, and no published system requirements.
How an absence becomes a headline
Rockstar has historically brought Grand Theft Auto titles to PC after a console window. Reasonable people therefore expect a PC release. The problem is the step after that, where an expectation acquires a specific date and then gets written up as though it were an announcement.
What would move this
- A Newswire post or product page naming PC
- A storefront listing published by Rockstar or a platform holder
- System requirements published under Rockstar’s own name
