Debunked: “Rockstar has announced a PC release date”
Specific PC release dates for Grand Theft Auto VI circulate regularly and are presented as confirmed. None of them come from Rockstar.

The claim: Rockstar has announced when Grand Theft Auto VI comes to PC. It has not. As of the last check on this page, Rockstar’s own channels name PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S and no other platform.
Where the dates come from
They are constructed. Someone takes the gap between console and PC releases for a previous Grand Theft Auto title, adds it to November 19, 2026, and publishes the result. The arithmetic is fine; the premise is that Rockstar will repeat itself exactly, which is an assumption rather than a finding.
What is true
- A PC version is widely expected, on reasonable grounds
- No PC version has been announced
- No PC date exists to confirm or deny
