Is there a Grand Theft Auto VI disc?
Rockstar says the physical version of Grand Theft Auto VI is a download code in a box, with no disc. It goes on sale November 12 so the game can pre-load.

Short answer
No — the boxed version contains a download code, not a disc
Rockstar’s support article on editions says it plainly: the physical version holds a code for the digital download, and the box does not contain a disc. A console without a disc drive plays it the same way.
What else the article settles
- Timing: boxed copies ship and reach shops from November 12, and the code works on arrival, so the game can pre-load before launch.
- Standard only: there is no physical Ultimate Edition. A boxed copy can be upgraded with the Ultimate Edition Upgrade in the PlayStation or Microsoft store once the code is redeemed.
- Pre-order bonus: physical pre-orders include the Vintage Vice City Pack.
- Region locks on PlayStation: a code only works on a PlayStation account from the region it was sold for — buy it in the same country as your account. Xbox codes are not region-locked.
- Japan: codes sold there expire 170 days after the November 19 release.
