Tracked claim · Unconfirmed
The November 19 date will slip again
Two prior delays make a third feel plausible to many readers. Rockstar has announced no further change, and “it happened before” is not evidence that it will happen again.

Why we track a claim with no evidence behind it
Because it is asked constantly, and an unanswered question gets answered by someone else. Tracking it lets us show the reasoning: there is a confirmed date, no reported change, and a history that makes people nervous.
What supports it
The case such as it is:
- The schedule has already moved twice, from 2025 to May 2026 to November 2026
- Large releases in this bracket slip regularly across the industry
What contradicts it
Against:
- November 19, 2026 is officially confirmed and has not been withdrawn
- Pre-orders and editions have shipped, which raises the cost of moving again
- No source, official or otherwise, has reported a further change
- Prior delays are not evidence about this one — they are the reason people are asking
